Simone is fired when she refuses to go out with her boss. As she leaves the office and sits on a park bench, she is approached by a mature woman who wants Simone to pretend to be her daughter. Deeply in debt with no where else to turn, Simone warily accepts the offer although she doesn't understand why the woman needs her as they mingle with a millionaire's family.
