A father/daughter clown team are taking some time off from the circus in London when they hear a young man groaning. They find he has been roughed up by some thugs who want him to steal for them, and he has been badly hurt. Poppy and Toni take him back to their caravan after he insists he doesn't want them to call the police. Poppy and Toni offer to teach him how to become a clown as long as he promises to behave honestly.
