In a few more months, Dyna will be a qualified doctor. She dreams of being a plastic surgeon in a private clinic where she would be wealthy and admired. In time, she achieves those goals, but discovers she isn't happy as she thought she would be. Then she learns that her maid had plastic surgery performed on her face after it had been disfigured in a fire. And the surgeon, her hospital mentor while she had been studying to become a doctor, had not asked to be paid. She thinks back about the things he had told her about giving happiness to other people.
