As a series of mishaps plague Clancy, the Gruesome Twosome quietly take up residence in his pocket, turning his day into a chaotic chase that leads straight to a bank heist and a showdown with Rat Face and his gang.

When Pappy’s new password system for his bootleg liquor goes hilariously awry, a gang of bank robbers ends up filling their getaway car with alcohol instead of gas, while a squad of revenuers accidentally down a tankful of gasoline—thinking it’s the real thing. The mix-up spirals into a chain of absurd, fuel-fueled chaos, all because of a single miscommunicated word.

Chimpy is serving a seven-week sentence of hard luck after breaking Pluto’s crystal ball, and his anxiety peaks when the mysterious Mr. A. Bigge Jinx arrives to deliver the punishment. The Genie, far from protecting Chimpy, seems more interested in practical jokes, leading to a chaotic chain of mishaps—including a pie being smashed and a disastrous onion soup trap. As Chimpy tries to outwit Jinx, the Genie scrambles to find a way to end the ordeal before things spiral further.
