The concluding volume of this Dutch graphic novel adaptation arrives with a cover that puts a lone figure in a business suit at the center of a volatile crowd — protesters wave red-and-black flags, someone holds a "Tous Ensemble" sign, and a flare burns through the smoke-filled air against an industrial backdrop.
