Rogue Sun #32

A new story arc kicks off in Rogue Sun #32, and Stefano Simeone's cover sets a wonderfully unsettling tone — a cloaked, gun-wielding figure gazes upward in apparent alarm while an enormous, glowing-eyed cat dominates the foreground, its golden chest fur radiating an almost supernatural warmth against the eerie green-tinged atmosphere. The juxtaposition of that imposing feline presence with the tension radiating off the human figure behind it makes for one of the more striking covers in the Massive-Verse lineup this year. With Ryan Parrott and Nick Cotton writing alongside the interior art team of Bruno Frenda and colorist Natalia Marques, this Image Comics series continues to bring real visual ambition to every issue.
