Rocky gets loose from the snare and follows the trail until he meets a wagon with Dr. Marvel and his Wonder Elixir. In town every man is doped by the elixir of Dr. Marvel, and he and his men pick their pockets clean. Rocky is trapped again but escapes only to be shot when running away.
