The bold yellow badge proclaiming "a cyclone of Western thrills" sets the tone perfectly for the story within, "Rustlers Round-Up!" At just a dime on newsstands in 1949, this second issue made a strong case that Rocky Lane's Western adventures belonged on the comics rack right alongside his silver-screen exploits.
