Inhabitants of towns in Burma have been vanishing. Rocket and his pals, along with scientist Dr. Tao, discover the people have been lured to the underground land of Subburma. The descendants of Genghis Khan are using an Atomic Ray to hypnotise their victims. Rocket uses an atomic bombs to penetrate the underground lair and foil the plot.
