Little Rollo is thrilled to host a birthday party, but his mother insists on inviting only "nice" children, excluding his real friends like Rock. When Rock and a mischievous girl try to sneak in with gifts, a series of chaotic antics unfolds as they outwit Rollo’s mother and her watchdog, Cheevs, to make sure the party isn’t ruined.

Rock and Rollo attempt to redecorate their home after Rock’s mother leaves them in charge, but their makeshift papering project quickly spirals into chaos when Rock’s friend Francois arrives with a new wallpaper design. Amid playful mishaps and exaggerated reactions, the boys struggle with the messy process—until a surprise twist involving a ripped wall and a dramatic confrontation turns the situation hilariously out of control.

Rock and Rollo, a young boy and his dog, find a pile of imitation jewels and decide to wear them, much to Rock’s delight despite his mother’s likely disapproval. When a supposed "jewel thief" arrives, they trick him into taking the fake gems, only to reveal the jewels were real and worth millions—leaving the thief overwhelmed and collapsed under the weight.

Rock and Rollo, a pair of young cowboys, find themselves at the Lazy-W Dude Ranch where a boastful newcomer claims to be the best cowboy around. After a series of playful, exaggerated challenges that test their skills, the boy’s confidence is put to the test—especially when the cook tries to give him a haircut, leading to a surprising twist about his identity.

Rock, convinced by his mother that he must help his country during civil defense drills, declares he’ll stop playing and find a way to contribute. When he returns, he and Rollo stage an exaggerated anti-aircraft practice, much to their mother’s dismay — only to reveal she’s the one who inspired them, and she’s now napping through the chaos.

A young boy named Ollie is handed a boomerang by his father, who jokes about its return. When Ollie tries to throw it, the boomerang unexpectedly squirts water, soaking him and leaving him startled.

Rock and Rollo stumble upon an art book they think is a masterpiece, but the boy quickly realizes it’s perfect for swatting a mosquito—much to his surprise and delight.
