Rock and Rollo #18 is an anthology comic featuring multiple stories. "Moro the Mouse" follows a laboratory mouse who receives instructions from Professor Richland about caring for the laboratory, including operating a new stop watch and managing food supplies, while his assistant Paul Frey becomes engaged to Helen Langer, a woman who shares the professor's confidence in the mice's intelligence. "Rock and Rollo: Their Country's Helpers" depicts Rock and Rollo attempting to help a woman in a tall building by using an elevator, though their plan results in accidents when the elevator door closes on them, causing them to crash and bang into things. The issue also includes various advertisements and promotional materials typical of 1950s comic books.
