境界のRinne [Kyōkai no Rinne / Rin-ne of the Boundary] #2

Volume 2 of Rumiko Takahashi's Circle of Reincarnation (境界のRINNE) picks up the supernatural school story with its two leads front and center — the red-haired, red-eyed Rinne posed in the foreground with his signature intensity, while his dark-haired schoolgirl companion holds what appears to be a card behind him. Takahashi's clean, expressive linework gives both characters an immediately appealing energy, balancing the series' blend of everyday teen life and otherworldly intrigue. A great continuation for fans of her warmly comedic approach to the spirit world.
