“Rick and Morty Ever After Part One: Miracles Happen!”

In "Rick and Morty Ever After Part One: Miracles Happen!", Morty faces a desperate deadline: he must finish reading the entire audiobook *Tales of Avalonia - Sad Stories for Bad Children* before school tomorrow—only he’s barely past page two. When Rick unveils his latest invention, the Osmonator, a device that can instantly absorb entire books into the mind, Morty impulsively activates it while Rick is still connected—sending both of them hurtling into the fantastical world of Avalonia. Written by Sam Maggs and brought to life by Sarah Stern in every aspect of the interior art and cover, this first chapter of a new adventure blends high-stakes humor with a whimsical twist on classic fantasy.

Morty must have the entire book "Tales of Avalonia - Sad Stories for Bad Children" read for a test the next day - and he's only on chapter 1, page 2... of the audiobook, yet. It just so happens that Rick has completed a new invention, "The Osmonator", which allows him to absorb the entire contents of long and complex books directly into his brain. Jumping at the chance to ace his test and impress his unrequited love, Jessica, Morty plugs-in the book and activates the device prematurely - while Rick is in contact with it - and both are transported to separate places in the same fantasy realm.
