Richie Rich Vaults of Mystery #36
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeEven Richie Rich's legendary fortune isn't safe in this October 1980 Harvey Comics entry, where the cover promises that "no one could stop the attack of the Money Bugs!" The scene shows a wide-eyed Richie and a horrified adult companion backing away as a swarm of purple spider-like creatures — the monstrous, glowing-eyed Money Bugs themselves — scatter bills and coins pouring from an open vault door. It's a wonderfully absurd blend of wealth and horror that makes Vaults of Mystery such a charming corner of the Harvey universe.
