Richie buys a ghost town in order to rebuild it and have his own western town to play in. An unsavory fellow finds out about it and tries to buy it from Richie, thinking there must be some secret reason that he wanted it, but Richie turns him down. Meanwhile Richie discovers iron ore and gold on the property.
