Harvey Comics' Richie Rich Riches #10 from January 1974 promises "a treasure chest of happiness," and the cover delivers with a delightful image of Richie himself dashing through a rainstorm while a giant golden dollar-sign lightning bolt crashes down from the clouds above him.
