Harvey Comics' "Poor Little Rich Boy" is in fine form in this September 1974 entry, as Richie Rich cheerfully holds a mug beneath a golden garden statue that's pouring out a stream of pink liquid — a wonderfully absurd bit of backyard opulence only Richie could pull off. A bluebird perches atop the statue's head, adding a storybook touch to the whole delightful scene. The cover also spotlights the familiar supporting cast — Cadbury, Mr. Rich, Gloria, and Reginald — reminding readers just how rich Richie Rich Millions really is in colorful characters.
