This Giant Size, 52-page Harvey Comics offering from 1972 features "the poor little rich boy" himself, Richie Rich, gleefully piloting an outrageously ornate, gold-trimmed soapbox racer complete with a striped canopy and a bejeweled hood ornament — leaving a puzzled bystander in his dust.
