Kidnappers demand one billion dollars from Richie's parents in order to get Richie and Reggie back to normal size. Richie and Reggie are held in a drinking glass upside down, but the kids knock it over a table and gain access to the device. They use the device to make the kids giant size for the purpose of capturing the kidnappers and delivering them by hand to the police.
