After Mr. Woody sold all of Mr. Rich's properties including the Rich mansion, a guy had purchased the estate, but despite best efforts to purchase the property back, the rights to the property are now in the hands of the new owner. Mr. Rich has to come up with $15 million in order to get his property back. Richie saved the day after Mr. Woody unearthed the money Mr. Rich needed which were in treasure chests on a beach, and Woody was rehired with a raise. The money in the treasure chests was actually interest on his banked allowance money, showing how generous Richie can be when in need.
