Mr. Rich has done everything he can to make Richtown the perfect place to live, but it's a financial failure. Richie volunteers to visit to figure out what can be done, and finds that the domed-covered city boasts every convenience. However, he finds that it is so "perfect" that it is annoying. He executes some changes and invites a busload of his friends to come for a visit.
