British constables arrest Cadbury and his so-called relatives in Richville, and an inspector from Scotland Yard revealed that Cadbury is actually a crook wearing a mask. It was later learned that even the constables and the inspector were also crooks. Thanks to a device attached to one of the stolen items, Richie and his father can track down the crooks, and the crooks will be in for a surprise!
