Richie Rich is fully in his element on this eye-catching cover — scuba gear on and spear gun in hand, he dives through sparkling blue waters above what appears to be an entire sunken city built from gold, its columns and domed buildings scattered with loose gems and treasure. It's a gloriously over-the-top vision of wealthy adventure that only Harvey Comics could pull off with such cheerful charm. This Giant Size 1968 issue also spotlights Little Dot, Little Lotta, Cadbury, and Mr. Rich in the sidebar portraits, making it a generous sampler of the whole Harvey universe.
