Harvey Comics brings together "the poor little rich boy" and Casper the Friendly Ghost for another lively team-up in this 1975 issue, with cover art by Warren Kremer capturing a wonderfully chaotic dog-training scene. Casper zooms through the air shouting "SIT!" while Richie Rich, a flustered older woman, a stiff butler, and a dollar-sign-collared dog all react with wide-eyed surprise around an open dog-training book.
