The shark is actually a submarine operated by pirates, and Richie and Cadbury learn that pirates have abducted Mr. Rich and his yacht captain until Mr. Rich reveals top secret information about the oil rigs. Richie successfully foils the plot by expelling smoke from the yacht, and aims it in the direction of the pirates.
