Mr. Rich apprehends a burglar trying to steal a gold tooth from a painting, and tells Richie that the guy was the silliest crook ever. When he later foils a father-son team of crooks, of which the son takes everything his father says literally, Mr. Rich tells Richie that the silliest crook record had just been broken.
