Harvey Comics' "Poor Little Rich Boy" is in fine form on this November 1967 cover, where Richie perches cheerfully atop an enormous stack of cash-filled bundles at what looks like a baseball game, hot dog in hand, while a rotund, grinning fellow beside him enjoys a hot dog of his own — much to the amusement of the crowd around them. Warren Kremer's cover art captures that trademark Richie Rich charm: even at the ballpark, the kid can't help but bring along a small fortune to sit on. With the interior story titled "Gloria Acts Greedy," this issue promises the kind of warmhearted, humor-filled fun that made Harvey Comics a staple of 1967 spinner racks.
