The left side of the cover spotlights the supporting cast — Cadbury, Mr. Rich, Gloria, and Reginald — hinting at the full ensemble of characters waiting inside. For 20 cents in 1973, Harvey Comics packed a lot of charm into this cheerful slice of life with "the poor little rich boy.
