A gang of ghosts is stealing food products from different stores and factories. They temporarily defeat Cosmo Cat and tie him to railroad tracks. He escapes just in time and finds their cemetery hideout. Although apparently doing supernatural things, the last page shows them to be men using ghost costumes.
