The boss's expression turned dark as he read the letter at his desk and then slammed the letter down and pressed the buzzer, summoning his assistant. As the door opened, the boss's anger boiled over, and he unleashed a tirade of criticism. But his rage was short-lived, and he suddenly reached into his desk drawer, pulled out a pillow, and began to punch it in frustration.
