Eager Beaver decides to build a fence between Reddy Goose's house and his. Reddy gets upset and the two fight. Reddy then decides to get away from Eager by leaving town and join the Foreign Legion. To his surprise, Eager later shows up as a new recruit. The two of them are tasked with finding the villainous Sheik Nowan Hassum. Through a series of missteps, the two happen upon the Sheik and uncover his deceit, becoming heroes in the process. The two decide to leave the Foreign Legion and return home.
