Red Sonja, Todo and Ratvos are the only survivors of a shipwreck to wash up on Monster Isle. They find that Zarkovo has used sorcery to create beast men that roam the isle. Ratvos is killed by a boar-man before Sonja finishes off the beast. Zarkovo captures Sonja and Todo and summons his most fearsome creature, the Minotaur to kill them. The beast kills Todo and then attacks Zarkovo allowing Sonja to escape.
