In "Telecomics Presents King of the Royal Mounted," Red Ryder’s sharp-witted deputy Sandy uses clever deduction to outmaneuver a gang of shorn outlaws, setting up a two-pronged trap with the Kiyotees while Ted and Billy track the fugitives on foot and horseback. As tensions rise, Ted goes undercover by posing as Pepe, a local herder whose flock has been stolen, trading clothes and a crucial message with the young man in a tense exchange that sets the stage for a high-stakes showdown. Written by Gaylord Du Bois and illustrated by Harry Parkhurst, with a cover by Fred Harman, this 1947 Dell adventure blends frontier suspense with classic Western flair.
