"Red" Rabbit Comics #19 is an anthology featuring several stories. "Lil' Tinker and Hoppy" shows Tinker and Hoppy being crowned joint kings of their realm, though they remain unhappy with the arrangement, eventually discovering that joint rule is undesirable. "The Snow Kids" by Uncle Ray follows siblings Jeanie and Ron as they attempt to coast down Medicine Hill during a blizzard, only to discover an elderly man taking shelter in a cabin at the top of the hill; when they find him gravely ill, they must seek help from Doctor Clemson in town. "Paddy Pelican" depicts the titular character on a frozen lake complaining about the cold winter while fishermen depart, leaving Paddy with a dying fire and no coal for fuel.
