Red Hood: Outlaw #38

Part of DC's 2019 "Year of the Villain: Evil Unleashed" initiative, this issue finds Red Hood flat on his back, pinned beneath a towering, dragon-like creature with glowing eyes and jagged stone-like armor — the situation looking genuinely dire. Flanking the struggle are a masked, hooded figure cradling an unconscious companion on one side and a red-haired young fighter on the other, while a speech bubble from Hood reads simply, "To me, my Outlaws…?" — a rallying cry that carries more desperation than bravado. Dan Mora's cover art is dynamic and visceral, with Scott Lobdell writing and Kenneth Rocafort illustrating the interior of "Generation Outlaw, Part 2.
