The tagline "The house always wins!" takes on a grim weight on Cully Hamner's cover, which shows Red Hood upside-down and bloodied, scattered playing cards and casino chips around him as he mutters "I fold…" — a hero looking very much like the house just collected. It's a cleverly composed image that sells the high-stakes casino-world tension of "Prince of Gotham, Part Three" with real wit and style. Scott Lobdell, Pete Woods, and Rex Lokus bring their A-game to this 2019 chapter, and if this cover is any indication, Jason Todd's luck is running dangerously low.
