Part of DC's New 52 initiative, this April 2012 issue puts Red Hood front and center in Kenneth Rocafort's dynamic cover — the red-masked antihero stands cool and collected in a golden jacket, surrounded by a pile of battered enemies in what looks like a high-tech corridor. The cover teases a "Starfire & Red Hood… First Encounter," promising a look back at how two of the Outlaws crossed paths.
