Rebel Adele is back and she has strong feelings about Valentine's Day — and they are decidedly not warm and fuzzy. Miss Prickly's cover says it all: a scowling, red-haired Adele brandishes a spray can amid a hot-pink swirl of crossed-out hearts and grinning skulls, while a singed little Cupid hovers nervously behind her with his arrow at the ready. With "Liefde stinkt!" ("Love stinks!") as the title, this 2023 entry from Mr Tan, Lies Lavrijsen, and Miss Prickly promises Adele's signature brand of gleeful, grumpy rebellion turned up to full volume.
