There's water in the tank, ain't there?" — in this cheerful 1948 DC romp. Tito and his Burrito peek in from the top of the cover, adding to the lively cast packed into this 52-page magazine. It's a bright, gag-driven snapshot of why the Fox and the Crow made such an entertaining duo throughout their run together.
