Real Adventure Comics #10

Real Life Comics #10 features two main adventure stories. The first follows military operations in Panama, where an army railway rushes troops and ammunition across the canal while fighter and reconnaissance planes patrol to defend against Nazi and Japanese attacks. The second story concerns Dr. David Bruce, a researcher investigating a sleeping sickness epidemic in Uganda caused by trypanosomes transmitted by the tsetse fly; after discovering the disease's cause, he is rewarded by Sir Hubert Wilkins, who commissions him to lead a submarine expedition to explore unmapped regions of the Arctic and Antarctic aboard the Nautilus.
