Rat City #16

Part of the Spawn Universe from Image Comics, Rat City #16 charges forward with a cover that puts its armored, cape-wearing protagonist front and center — surging through a tangle of industrial pipes and tubing bathed in an eerie green glow, skull emblem gleaming on his chest. The composition has a real kinetic energy to it, the figure lunging toward the viewer with unmistakable urgency against that atmospheric, fog-drenched backdrop. If you've been following this corner of the Spawn Universe, issue #16 looks like a fine place to stay buckled in.
