Rangers Comics #12

An anthology issue featuring multiple stories: In one tale, Colonel Nutt discovers that his daughter Hazel's pet parrot Floppy Jose is a spy carrying military information, and a Nazi agent attempts to steal the bird by disguising himself with a meatchopper before being stopped. In another story, the Rangers combat Japanese forces in a tropical setting, battling near a shoreline while protecting female companions and encountering a mysterious sea creature. A third story involves characters trapped in a foggy, supernatural locale where they encounter ghostly or magical phenomena, including references to "the Brotherhood of the Black Magic" and a mysterious door that leads to an escape from their predicament.
