Penultimate-issue tension runs high in this five-part chapter of Fawkes, Miranda, and de la Cruz's six-issue DC mini-series. Guillem March's cover captures Ragman — his tattered suit alive with those glowing yellow eyes — curled protectively around a young woman as an overwhelming mass of tormented, skull-filled supernatural forms looms and crashes down upon them both. The tagline "At the Mercy of Those Tormented!" says it all: with one issue left, Ragman and whoever he's shielding are caught between desperate protection and something far, far larger than either of them.
