Petula Clark arrives at a gloomy castle on a French island, supposedly to appear in a film with Helen Schwartz and Mark Logan, only to encounter a mysterious old man in period dress and a butler named Picard who claims the figure she saw has been dead for over two hundred years. As strange occurrences unfold within the castle's shadowy halls, Petula must uncover the truth behind the eerie atmosphere and her hosts' real intentions.
