Racer X is following Block who he believes is working with Lo Kung. This takes him to the Milwaukee Auto Show where Speed Racer is displaying the Mach 5. Speed, leery of Block's claims of going legit, goes back to check on the Mach 5 to find Block and his ninjas in the middle of a heist.
