Quasar meets a fan named Bobby Morrow at a comics shop and invites him to a tour of McMann Labs. Bobby works at Haitran Enterprises and he has used their technology to become a superhero named Pulse. Two people at Haitran notice their device is missing and order agents to retrieve it.
