The second chapter of this five-part limited series finds Frank Castle at his most deliberately methodical — seated atop a crate marked "303," assault rifle in hand, surrounded by an arsenal of handguns, grenades, ammunition, and military hardware spread across the floor like a war chest being inventoried. The blood-red background and graffiti-style subtitle "In the Blood" give Nic Klein's cover a raw, brooding intensity that suits the Punisher's skull-emblazoned chest perfectly. Rick Remender and Roland Boschi continue their run on Frank's world with Dan Brown's colors keeping the whole package atmospheric and grim.
