Punisher #15
Part three of "Mother Russia" arrives in this Marvel MAX entry from 2005, with Garth Ennis writing and Dougie Braithwaite on interior art. Tim Bradstreet's cover delivers a tense, atmospheric composition: a heavyset man in sunglasses and a pink hammer-and-sickle patterned shirt grips weapons in both hands, while the imposing, skull-emblazoned figure of the Punisher looms over him from the shadows. The contrast between the two figures sets a mood of cold, unavoidable reckoning that feels right at home in Ennis's gritty MAX-era storytelling.
