"Punch" Perkins of the Fighting Fleet #5

Punch Perkins and his naval fleet encounter a scientist named Professor Nuclear who possesses a magnetized machine capable of generating electricity through alternating magnetic poles. The Professor plans to use his invention to destroy the fleet by charging steel ingots with high voltage, melting the armor plating of the ships. Punch and his crew must locate the Professor's base in the mountains and stop the machine before it can be used against them in combat.
