Dynamite's Pumpkinhead #2 brings the vengeful demon front and center in a striking cover by Kyle Strahm — the gaunt, fanged creature crouches menacingly over a patch of pumpkins beneath a pale, distant moon, its clawed hands outstretched against a smoldering orange dusk. The tagline "For each of man's evils, a special demon exists" sets a foreboding tone that Strahm's detailed linework delivers with real atmosphere. This 2018 series from writer Cullen Bunn and artist Blacky Shepherd looks like a worthy continuation of one of horror's most distinctive monsters.
