Don Pantunflo encuentra en la calle una cartera abandonada. Al poco llegan Zipi y Zape y un transeunte que pensaba llevarse la cartera, pero Pantunflo decide remarcales que es un deber cívico llevar una cartera abandonada a las autoridades. Sin embargo, cuando Pantunflo la recoge se electrocuta desvelando que era una jugarreta de sus hijos.
